This home was originally started for a developer and then custom built for a private client with plans from Granoff Architects in 2007.  In the winter of 2014, an ambitious plan turned the three car garage into a kitchen.  The floor was completely excavated and a commercial grade ERV system was installed.  Unique custom craftsmanship is evident in the wine cabinet, oak flooring and leather from a variety of international sources.  Adjacent to the Pub Room is a full size Game Room.  The loft above the kitchen functions as an office and a sitting room.
